We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.
DELIVERY
1. Shipping methods: We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes standard business days for delivery, while expedited shipping takes fewer business days.
2. Shipping rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
3. Shipping destinations: We currently ship to addresses worldwide and international locations at this time.
4. Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1- 4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
5. Shipping carriers: We use reputable shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS etc to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
6. Shipping restrictions: Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors. Any restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.

REPLACEMENT
If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at hello@organic101plus.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.
If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.
Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.
RETURNS
1. Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
4. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, you will need to place a new order.
5. Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
